Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Fieldstone South Whittier Fences, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our fence installation and repair services.
Services Description
Fieldstone South Whittier Fences provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services in South Whittier, CA and surrounding areas. We specialize in wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, pool, and commercial fencing solutions. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, or changes to the project scope. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with the work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances at the rate of 1.5% per month.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with a warranty on labor and workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper use, neglect, or alterations made by others.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area. You are responsible for securing pets and notifying us of any hazards on your property. While we take precautions to protect your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles unless you have provided written notification prior to work beginning.
Permits and Approvals
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, homeowner association approvals, or zoning clearances unless otherwise agreed in writing. We can assist with permit applications as a courtesy, but ultimate responsibility for compliance with local regulations rests with the property owner.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fieldstone South Whittier Fences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot reach a resolution, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
